“Struttura molto bella in posizione eccezionale .. nella parte più bella di Palm Beach con tutti i ristoranti subito fuori dall’hotel . Nota negativa i rumori e il disagio per i lavori di ristrutturazione in corso ”

“Struttura tutto sommato bella, in generale manca di gentilezza da parte del personale addetto, camere non insonorizzate, per il prezzo ci si aspetta un accappatoio e pantofole oltre che amenities. Durante le ultime ore in piscina al mattino, dalle 8 alle 12 circa gli addetti hanno pulito tutta l’area attorno alla piscina con Kaercher generando rumore fastidioso. ”

“Reception disorgnizzata e tempi di attesa per il check in lunghissimi. Dalle 16 alle 17.30. Richiesto un late checkout di due ore dalle 11 alle 13, negato anche a fronte di un pagamento.”

“Un hotel sicuramente da consigliare in buona posizione, davanti a una delle piu belle spiagge dove ci sono lettini sempre a disposizione( per gli ombrelloni bisogna andare un po presto! Unico neo bisogna stare attenti al front desk non è sempre presemte e se si ha un problema si rischia di non risolverlo!! Comunque molto gentili e in tutti i casi mi hanno risolto qualsiasi problema avuto”

“Considero questo hotel la mia seconda casa fuori dalla mia città. Sono felice qui, posizione meravigliosa sulla spiaggia più bella dell'isola. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Per questo è la 17° volta che torno e continuerò a tornare come da tradizione di famiglia ogni Natale.”

“We stayed at the Mill for 5 nights and the rooms were clean, updated and spacious. The hotel is a 5-7 minute walk to Gianni's and accessible to the beach via the resort golf shuttle or easily walkable. The resort provides towels for the pool and beach and the happy hours were great. We will be looking back into this resort for our next visit during NYE as this hotel was great for the price point during this specific week in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at on the island for the...

“We got stuck when the faa Closed airspace due to Venezuela attacks. We were scrambling for a family of 4 for a place to say. This place was spacious, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again and appreciated all the help getting us in before check-in so we had a place for all our luggage etc. your cleaning crew does an amazing job the place looked brand new. Thank you. We will be back!”

“Exceptional place, beautiful polite pleasant staff, housekeeping was amazing and always would greet you with a smile on the hallway. very close to the airport and everything you would want to do and see on the Dutch side of this beautiful island.
